Iraq Transportation Infrastructure Summit 2012(ITIS) organised by Entico Corporartion opened on the 26th February with immense participation of State Officials and international companies. His Excellency Minister of Transport, his Deputies, Director Generals and other high ranking officials from State Companies honoured the summit with their valuable presence. ITIS hosted many of the leading companies in the industry including: Alstom, Mercedes Benz, Bombardier, Vossloh, G4S, GE, SKA, Scania, Lukoil and Atlas Copco.

Iraq Transportation Infrastructure Summit 2012 (ITIS) was a hugely important event and far exceeded any expectations. An efficient transport system is the foundation by which a strong economy and a strong society are built. It enables business to flourish, families to reconnect and in the long term save valuable natural resources. The Summit brought together nearly 100 high ranking Iraqi officials with a similar number of international delegates in a private face2face meeting format to discuss both the opportunities and the challenges that lie ahead.

Being officially supported by the Ministry and Minister of Transport, the summit had great impact by being the foremost platform of the Iraqi Transportation industry with both its roundtable discussions and plenary sessions.
